Day 1.

Arrival, Airport Pick-up & Check-Inn.

Orientation and relaxing time.

Overnight at Accra.

Day 2.

Traditional Salt Mining Site.

Travel southeast along the coast of Ghana to Ada Foah. Visit a natural salt mining site to see how traditional sea salt is produced. Learn the natural ways of producing salt for domestic and industrial use in Ghana.

Overnight at Ada Foah.

Day 3.

Rum Production Island.

Tour the southern section of the Volta River with a motor boat through, famous islands such as the rum island. See the estuary where the Volta River meet the Atlantic ocean. Relax and enjoy the river breeze while on the motor boat. Learn something new about the islands.

Day 4.

Pottery Craft Village.

Visit an artistic pottery village. See the art of ceramic pots production into aesthetic modes. See the various shapes and sizes of already crafted pots.

Overnight at Wli.

Day 5.

Hike Afadjato & Wli Waterfalls.

Visit Afadjato Agumatsa community to undertake, an hour hike ascending to the top of the highest mountain in Ghana. Walk about 45 minutes to the ever refreshing and perennial Wli waterfalls. Enjoy a coolest breeze from the flow of the lower falls.

Day 6.

Tafi Sacred Monkeys, Kente Villages & Bead Factory.

Visit an eco village with a habituated monkey population of about 350. Feed some bananas to the Mona monkeys to enjoy their friendly nature. Continue to another village famously for its traditional Kente weaving craft. See the excitement in the craftsmen as they weave their Kente strips with the Loom. Experience a workshop of Ghanaian traditional bead-making. Learn how broken glass bottles are pounded, kneaded and baked in a mud oven to make a stylish beads.

Day 7.

Boti Waterfalls, Umbrella Rock & 3 Headed Palm Tree.

Depart for Boti Forest Reserve in the Manya Krobo district of the Eastern Region of Ghana. Hike the rocky forest reserve to the mysterious Umbrella Rock and the 3-Headed Palm Tree. Get to know history of the prayer rock, the tree on rock and the sound cave. Refresh at the Boti twin waterfalls and enjoy their scenic flow to the ground.

Overnight at Koforidua.

Day 8.

Cocoa Farm, Aburi Botanical Gardens, Aburi Craft Market.

Visit a natural environment of cocoa cultivation. Tour a cocoa farm with a local guide to see how cocoa is grown and harvested. Taste a ripped cocoa to feel its natural taste before been proceeded into chocolates. Learn about the various breeds of cocoa in Ghana. Visit the Aburi Gardens to learn about plant and their uses. Stop at the Aburi craft market for souvenirs back home.

Overnight at Accra.

Day 9.

Blackstars Square, Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park & Museum, Jamestown & Departure.

Experience the city of Accra with a visit to some of its famous attractions.
