Learn how cocoa is planted and picked. Taste a ripe cocoa fruit and feel the natural taste of a cocoa before it is processed into chocolates. Continue to the Cocoa Research Institute of Ghana for an orientation through their experimental cocoa farms. Acquire new knowledge on the different types of cocoa breeds including harvesting and processing in Ghana.
